Once an order has reached a certain point in processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Because of this, we ask that any cancellation or modification requests be made within 15 minutes of placing your order.

• We are unable to add additional items to an order once it has been placed.
• During our End of Season Sale, due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to modify or cancel any orders once submitted.
